DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=GM.N&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">GM.N</A> on Wednesday said its global vehicle sales rose 4.4 percent in the first quarter, driven by strong gains in China and India.
