LONDON (Reuters) - Iranian investor Robert Tchenguiz is to make a formal 2.7 billion pound approach for British pubs group Mitchells & Butlers Plc <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=MAB.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">MAB.L</A> within 10 days, the Times newspaper reported on Thursday.
