LONDON (Reuters) - Food maker Premier Foods <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=PFD.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">PFD.L</A> has formed a consortium to bid for United Biscuits (UB), the maker of iconic brands McVitie's biscuits and Hula Hoops snacks, according to Saturday's Financial Times.
