LONDON (Reuters) - BAE Systems <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=BA.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">BA.L</A> plans to walk away from a 700 million pound deal to take over Babcock International Group <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=BAB.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">BAB.L</A> because of the target company's soaring share price, the Sunday Times said.
